Le Buche wine cellar is always looking for perfection and new wines that represent the character of the company.From this research and the passion for our land is created our new sparkling Brut Zelia, a 100% Syrah which has already won those who have had the pleasure to taste it.
It is a wine with a pleasant fresh taste, perfect to accompany your aperitifs based on vegetables and oeuvres but also perfect to accompany more complex meals.
Its initial acidity reveals a great aroma and enhanced by the numerous bubbles of fine grain.

Its rosy color makes it special and different from the usual pleasantly sparkling, perfect for a slightly different evening, between friends or a romantic dinner like in our Resort just a few steps from the cellar.
