The rosé wine was considered to be the Cinderella for Italian wines. Our Coastline Island was in fact known for producing top quality red or elegant white wines. But in recent years also rosè wines have been rediscovered, for the women's passion for wine that have revived the most delicate flavors, and the Italian rosé effectively bought great quality.

The rosé can be used for aperitifs or, thanks to their fresh taste, combined with light pasta dishes or main courses of white meat or fish.
Even in the kitchen they are many recipes that include the use of rose wines especially those dishes that combine fruit to traditional recipes, mixing more acidic flavors other than sweet.

Winery the Buche produces a rosé wine, Zelia, as well as this year a precious sparkling wine, the Brut Zelia.
Zelia derivs from Syrah vinified grapes, harvested by hand and commercialized after a few months of aging in stainless steel and 1 month in bottle.
100% Syrah this sparkling version of Zelia shows a fresh and aromatic flavor, particularly popular by the ladies and those who prefer mild and fruity taste.
