Merlot is the grape which was selected for 2012 vintage.

Vine Density: 6,666 stems per hectare
Vine Training: Single cordon
Harvesting period: 2nd week of September
Yields per hectare: 4,000-5,000 kg of grapes
Winemaking: in contact with skins for about 25 to 30 days inside stainless steel tanks
