Coreno is a blend of two local varieties from Tuscany, Trebbiano and Malvasia from old vineyards aged more than 65 years. The age of the vines confers to this wine a great complexity and character, Coreno is an elegant wine, very long in the mouth and with mineral and sapid final.
Zelìa is a Rosè wine, made from Syrah grapes grown in high density system. The limited yields per plant allow to optimize the quality of the product. The harvest starts between the first and the second week of September.

The Primaio is a selection of Merlot. The grapes are vinified in stainless steel tanks with short time maceration of about 10-15 days. The wines are then aged tanks for 5 months,and then bottled, after 2 months is released.
Our Chianti Superiore is a blend of Sangiovese and Merlot. The Sangiovese and the Merlot varieties are vinified separately in the cellar. Both varieties does a maceration of about 25-30 days in contact with the skins. The wines are then aged in oak for about 12 months, 2500-liters barrels for the Sangiovese and barriques for the Merlot.
Wine obtained from Sangiovese and Cabernet Franc, the pre- fermentative maceration is 48 hours long, then the most is left to ferment for other 25-30 days at a controlled temperature of approx. 25-26 °C. At the end of this stage, the Sangiovese is transferred into wooden barrels of 10HL and the French variety into barriques where they rest for 12 months. After the blend an extra year in big barrels
Sangiovese and Syrah blend.The grapes, separated from the stems, falls by gravity into tanks where they are left to macerate together with the skins for about 25 to 30 days. At the end of this stage, the Syrah is transferred to barriques while the Sangiovese is placed in French oak-wood tonneaus. After being blended and returned to the wooden barrels for a further year of maturing, the wine is aged in bottles for a minimun of 12 to 18 months before it goes onto the market. From 2013 vintage is our Orcia Doc Riserva.
Bordolese blend with Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Two years minimun in oak barriques to mature and a minimun of 36 months in the bottle, before release on the market.

Obtained from 100% Verdicchio grapes from the vineyard located higher and facing north east, with excellent ventilation which, by protecting the bunches from moisture, allows a longer stay of the fruits on the plants.
